The update mainly concerns the new AIFA address to send the form with which the legal representative of the company identifies the person he wants to appoint as CUA.

From 2 August 2022, in fact, the filled form must be submitted, together with a copy of a valid identification document of the legal representative, dated and signed by the same, via certified e-mail (PEC) for companies based in Italy, or even via ordinary e-mail only for companies based abroad; in any case EXCLUSIVELY at the address: protocollo@pec.aifa.gov.it and no longer at area.legale@pec.aifa.gov.it.
