Certification of payments by pharmaceutical companies – Pharmaceutical expenditure payback for direct purchases in 2018. (update)
Reference is made to notice dated 9 March 2021 concerning the publication of Decision No 272/2021 of 5 March 2021 on the certification of payments by pharmaceutical companies pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 477, of Law No 178 of 30 December 2020, for the pharmaceutical expenditure payback for direct purchases in 2018.
As provided for in Article 2, paragraph 2, of the aforementioned Decision, the Italian Medicines Agency has published the updated list of payments made by pharmaceutical companies, as recorded at 29 March 2021, which integrates and replaces the previous one.
