In preparation for the upcoming implementation of new workflows for the authorization of medicinal products (New MA) and for Active Substances Manufacturers, scheduled for 2025, pharmaceutical companies that have not yet done so are urgently required to elect their digital address. This information will be used for the notification of acts issued by the AIFA.

Pharmaceutical companies are therefore requested to promptly communicate their digital address by no later than January 15, 2025, to the following email: area.legale@pec.aifa.gov.it, by filling out the attached form and strictly adhering to the instructions contained in the page available in the "Related Links" box.
