Clarification on the computerisation of oral anticoagulants prescription for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF)
Following AIFA's press release, published on the institutional website on 15 October 2020, concerning the “Definitive Adoption of Note 97 on anticoagulant therapy in patients with NVAF”, it is hereby notified that, starting from 1 December 2020, the prescription of oral anticoagulants for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) by means of the prescription card attached to AIFA Note 97, accessible electronically through the website www.sistemats.it, will be active.
Pending completion by Regions of the process of implementation of the computerised prescription card within their respective platforms, the web-based AIFA therapeutic plan will remain active at the following link.
