Users are hereby informed that, as part of the Agency’s digital infrastructure enhancement programme, the document sharing service will be migrated from the OwnCloud platform to the new Nextcloud platform.  

To allow the migration activities to be completed, the OwnCloud service will not be accessible from the AIFA Online Services dashboard throughout the day on Thursday, 24 September 2026, and may be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the scheduled technical intervention.

Once the migration has been completed, users will be able to access the new Nextcloud platform starting from Friday, 25 September 2026, using their usual authentication methods.

All data currently stored in OwnCloud will be available on the new platform.
